Can
Microsoft help me? The dreadful truth is, probably not. After my 3 Red
Lights struck me, I went looking for my receipt in hopes that my Xbox
360 was still under warranty. But of course... with my luck I couldn't
find it...
I decided to call Microsoft's Xbox customer support anyway, I got
nothing but elevator music and an annoying recording telling me to wait
for the next available rep... I waited and waited and waited, nobody
answered. Come to find out that Microsoft's support sucks because they
are being flooded with tons of 3 Red Light Problem complaints.
So
the next step was to see if my fellow 360 games had found any
solutions.
Whew,
that decision was that a life saver!
The
only thing that I kept seeing all over forums and blogs were stories of
how Microsoft was loosing customers Xboxs and hard
drives, if that wasnt bad enough - tons of people were posting on how
Microsoft was giving them refurbished 360's with the same hereditary,
"3 Red Lights of Death Problem".
The only thing left to think is - Whats Going On HERE?

decided to dig some more!
